September, But Make It Summer

September has arrived.

For some, that means the unofficial end of summer. A shift toward fall. A reason to start putting certain things away.

We’ve never been very good at that.

The towels stay out. The tanks stay in rotation. The beach bag stays by the door. And an afternoon near the water is still a perfectly acceptable plan.

Maybe that’s the thing about summer we gave the calendar too much authority over it.

At Costa SA-LA, September doesn’t mean summer is over.

It just means we stopped waiting for it a long time ago.
